Sports wagering website

I'm looking for a website that which can securely load money from a user's credit card on to their account.? Account summary, transaction summary and editting account information would be necessary. From there the user can wager on sporting events up until the start of the event.? This would not require any sporting odds as the users would be betting against each other and not against the sport so to speak.? An area for betting history and current bets would also be included. Here is a breakdown of the three betting systems I would require: 1. A? private wager between two members in whatever quantities they deem ($5 vs $5, $10 vs $5, etc). 2. An open wager set by one member for any others to accept in the same fashion ($5, vs $5, $10 vs $5). 3.? A "pool wager" (unsure of what else to call it).? Bets would be placed on either side of the sporting event and the winning side would divide the losing side's money proportionate to the amount they put in.? For example: 4 users put $25 each on team A, and 2 users put $20 each on team B.? ? Team B wins.? A total of $40 was bet on team B by 2 users who each put in 50% of the total, therefore they each receive 50% of the winnings from those who bet on team A, $50 each. Each bet would require a fee to be drawn by the website for services provided. The sporting schedule and results would be entered manually by the website operator so a mechanism for doing so would be needed as well.? Possibly an upgrade to automatic results and/or scheduling in the future, but for now it is unnecessary. A support option would probably be a good idea.? In the event of a dispute over the results, user input, etc, a ticket option for support or any other sort of dispute system would need to be included. ## Deliverables I think I have included everything I will need but I feel as if there are small details I could have missed that you may be wondering about.? As I know nothing of the process required to create what I have asked for, if you have any suggestions please tell me. Basically all I am looking for is the rough website which a designer can then take and implement a graphical template.
