I am looking for help in putting together the requirements for the development of an OsCommerce-based B2B site. The front-end features would be similar to those found on [login to view URL], which seems to be an OsCommerce site. As I am not very familiar with OsCommerce I can't tell which features are out-of-the-box and those that are not, whether front-end of back-end. Furthermore I want to have a good idea about the viability of using OsCommerce as a platform in terms of reliability, scalability, security, maintenance, development time and cost. In essence I am looking for a research assistant to help me answer those points. I am requesting such information with the view of then posting an actual bid for the development of such a site. But in order to post a fair bid I want to know what's involved before doing so.
## Deliverables
1) The winning bidder will demonstrate his/her strong knowledge of OsCommerce by producing a detailed document that addresses the points mentioned in the description above. It is important that the document includes your estimated development time and cost.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
