Interspire Shopping Cart - Browser Compatibility Work

Hello, thanks for looking at this bid request. Please note, this request is only for coders with experience with Interspire Shopping Cart. This work requires knowledge of ISC, therefore only bid if you can also provide ISC references. Thanks. We would like someone to fix a cross browser issue, particularly with IE5 and IE6. The website logo is fine in later browser versiosn, however in older versions it shows a blue background. This is what needs fixing.
