I have a Share Point site integrated with Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager. I need to be able to have a pdf form on my intranet site or on my website that allows for me or anyone to input information into that form and then have that data sent to SharePoint and BCM. I also need to be able to pull that data from my intranet site and have the information auto populate to a PDF form for download or view on website. ## Deliverables I want to be able to fill out pdf forms and have that data sent to sharepoint and outlook business contact manager. Then when I do a query I want the information to be able to auto populate a pdf form based on the form I need from the date originally stored on sharepoint and business contact manager (BCM)
