Plesk/IIS/PHP/Win2k3 Admin

Greetings - I would like someone to help on an hour by hour basis with administrative tasks. I have a virtual Win2003 server running Plesk and IIS. I expect a few hours a month type of work. For the first bid, please provide a bid for the following: (1) Reinstall PHP and configure security and preferences (2) Reinstall Zend Optimizer, and correct "not installed error" (3) Configure IIS, Plesk and OS? security (No MS SQL) (4) A few Plesk configurations and answer a few questions. Provide a bid for accomplishing the above tasks as well as a an hourly rate.
