Jobs Alert Script

Due to the unavailablity of the provider we are reposting this project. We are seeking to implement a script that will automatically email & SMS job vacancies to candidates by selecting a specific crieria, for example: "Email/SMS me jobs like this" which may select from either one or a combination of fields, such as: job location, county, town/city, job category type, salary (from/to), agency, etc etc The email should be sent to a user account holder immedialty when the job vacancy is loaded as well as analysisng current jobs in the DB. Email to be sent via text and/or html option. Currewnt sign up form to be adpated and to incorporate email verification process. An appropriate image to be placed throughout the site is required to attract visitors to use the new script. Knowledge of SMS providers/deals and such like essential. Full scope of project is available and needs to be completed very quickly and with commitment.
