82625 Dating Site w/ listed features

I am looking to create a dating site. It could be in any programing language such as asp,php,cgi, etc as long as it doesn't cause a huge server load. After doing some research, I have created a list of required features that I would need for the site. - Allow people to upload up to 3 pictures. Each pic should be under 200kb. - The script should provide a code so that I can feature a random member w/ pic on the main page or another site (optional). - The script should be template based - It should allow the user to create a optional his/her match profile. - User should have the following in their public profile (The private profile will include their name, address, email, etc.): Age Gender Height Location Looking for... Friends, dating, intimate, etc. Marital Status Ethnicity Hair/Eyes Body Type Education Employment Profession Religion Smoking Drinking Kids Interests Zip Code - The above list should be searchable. - The user should be able to search by states in the US or other countries. - I would like to have a few different payment options. One is Pay Per Use. If people want to contact someone, it'll cost $0.50 - $1 depending on what I set it to. Or they can pay a monthly fee for unlimited use. Minimum deposit amount will be $7. I will be using revecom and paypal, but they could also send payment by mail. - Paying customers will be able to contact the person. He/She can "reply" to the profile and the profile owner will be informed. The same way most dating sites work. - Affiliate Program: I want to give affiliates a certain amount (for lifetime of the member they referred) for each profile posted or if the member deposit money or subscribe to the unlimited use. The affiliate program should also be 2 tier meaning that the if the referred member refer someone else then the first person will get a small percentage. When the affiliate reach a certain amount. the script should inform me. - I would like to own the script. The script should be well documented, and easy enough for me to upload to the server and installing it myself. - The script should allow people to search and view profiles without registering. They only need to register when they want to post their profile or if they want to join and be a paying customer. - The way the member profile is display should be similiar to the ones at Yahoo's Personal. - Admin Menu: I should be able to add/subtract affiliates and members' balances, edit/approve/disapprove profiles, set affiliate programs % amount or set amount for a profile post. Optional - Co-branding for the affiliate program. Allow the affiliate to upload their logo - Anything else that might make the script better but please tell me first. I don't have a need for Chat or Instant Message for the dating site. I don't need a developed site, I'll work on the templates. Please post your set price.
