PHP: Fill PDF dynamic forms, flatten forms, and merge PDF documents

I have three PDF documents with dynamic text fields. I need you to create a PHP script that can: 1: Fill the text fields with PHP variables and save the filled PDFs to the server (one PDF at a time) 2: Flatten the PDF documents so the dynamic content will become permanent 3: Merge the three PDF documents together and save as a single document three-page document This must be done completely with PHP and work on a basic shared hosting server. I access my variable information from a mySQL database but you can can just list the variables ($var1 = "Line 1", $var2 = "Line 2", etc). You can use scripts like FPDF but must be very clear as to how I can download them and where I should upload them so I can make everything work on my server. I have attached three demo PDF files. The fields are listed Field 1, Field 2, Field 3, etc. and the form text boxes are named f1, f2, f3, etc.

Dear, Generate PDF file using PHP is one of my work, I use TCPDF and FPDF for it. I can also generate a docx and xlsx. For this job I think it is better generated without the PDF template. and the finale PDF is not fillable. But if you want change the template at this time i should be use the template.
