263825 Zen Cart Dynamic PDF Creation

I need to create a downloadable pdf product in zen cart that has custom fields added to it. The pdf file needs to contain: 1. The person's name (the customer will enter this field as a text attribute) 2. The product's title 3. The order id number 4. The date ordered 5. The amount of time that the voucher is valid for. This will be an attribute of the product (3 months or 6 months). The generated pdf will look similar to the following image and have all the fields filled in: [login to view URL]~circus/shop/images/[login to view URL] I need this to work for several different products that have different product titles.
