I need to implement PHPlist which needs to have a little bit of code written to access a database full of email addresses and send 20/50/100 at a time, and each send should start where the last send finished. I just need the code so that I can alter the number of outgoing messages. PHPlist should have the standard capabilities of being able to handle bounces, etc.
