338369 photography gallery

I am looking at creating a website with a collection of automotive photography. The gallery is the core part of the website. I am looking for something similar to [login to view URL] ( fairly similar in terms of layout and quality). All photos will be uploaded by me, not the users themselves. I am not concerned whether you use an existing CMS (I know zompus is based on wordpress) or any existing gallery scripts/software, but remember it must have a backend which is easy to add/organize photos etc. I have attached a list of features I want the website to have, most of which are already in zompus. I also have some very basic images of where I would like items positioned on the page, these will be forwarded to the winning bidder. I assume PHP/mySQL would be the most appropriate option for this project, if you have any other ideas feel free to suggest them to me.
