Job manager plugin fixes - wordpress

We are currently using a plugin called job manager: [login to view URL] Site is wordpress. We would like to make some changes to how it's currently working and doing things, and add an extra function to it: 1. change the sorting order of job listings to most recent (date) 2. expired jobs (jobs that have passed the date of application) must be greyed out, still clickable but application button removed within that page/greyed out. The job listing must be kept in the jobs list and also added to a new list/category called "expired jobs" 3. we want to personalize the job applications by adding the staff member who posted the job listing. we have another site we can take this logic from - it should just use the wordpress user info (ie. name, email, profile pic) and have a "contact recruiter" button which will launch email client. styling must be based on the sites style. 4. job category pages are not showing a sidebar, so we need to fix that too
