I have a ticketbox (this will be later on integrated in dutchheaven, but not by dutchheaven project now, this will be a project later on) but that is just some info
I have a event coming up. This event is put in the ticketbox. The ticketbox website is: [login to view URL]
When an user want to go to a event. He can register on this website and then order tickets.
If they order tickets they have 2 options:
- pay by bank
- pay by paypal
If they pay by paypal the payment is instant and user will gets his ticket(s) direct by email.
This is a email with the tickets attached als PDF on every ticket there is a ticketnumber
If they pay by bank, then in admin after payment is recieved I click on a button paid and the status of that order is set to paid, and user will get tickets by email like above.
What is the problem / bug:
If user pay by paypal he will recieve tickets als pdf attached by email
On this ticket the ticketnumber is for example 70130
If user will login on website, he can also see his tickets and print them
on this ticket there is also ticketnumer 70130
PROBLEM:
If i delete a previous order or orders then this happens
User has recieved email with tickets as pdf attachement ticketnumber here is 70130
If I deleted 1 ticket then if user will look online and print the ticket then ticketnumber is 70129
If i deleted 5 tickets then if user will look online and print the ticket then ticketnumber is 70125
The other thing is that ticketbox is live and there are actually orders in system so it can not be messed up ;-)
