129190 create admin for php website

Dear programmers, I need someone to create the admin section of a website created in French. The website is already in PHP and mysql. The people want to be able to login to the admin section and update their website themselves without using dreamweaver like with any CMS site. You'll have to include a WYSIWYG script for them and the ability to add articles in the right section or category. I'll give you the exact website address through private message board only. I can also provide all the files of the website if you need to take a look at them. Please DO Not Bid if you have never done a job like this before. I'll expect to see some of your similar work. I will pay with the escrow service through paypal only when I'm certain the job is done and the admin section is fully functional.
