Auction Software Plugin for Subrion CMS

I require an auction software plugin to plugin to [login to view URL] open source CMS as well as a custom template to go with this package, somthing similar to trade me but in the logo colors i have uploaded, elegant and simple please, example template that might be perfect is called simpla and you can find it in the templates section in admin of the CMS i have uploaded, would just need to make it wider. The CMS already offers basic things like membership functionality, adding funds and creating pages and content blocks with ease. I need all basic functionality of an auction website, examples of my countries auction websites are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] These websites are basically my compitition and will need most funtions they have but there are some extras below. I would like the script to connect with facebook to offer all sorts of notifications directly to members facebook profiles eg Outbid, Sold, Commented on and more. Customers should be able to send emails to their facebook also for quicker communication. Customers can become address verified by adding their address, software will generate a random code which i can print off from the admin panel and post to their house where they input the code in to their profile and become address verified. Would need to create a regions mod so that some where near the top of the page they can select all of New Zealand where all auctions will be displayed or select a particular region and only that regions auctions will display. Must work with the drag and drop functionality of [login to view URL] CMS so i can customise the look and feel of the website from admin panel. I have added the latest version of Subrion CMS with their Article Package included to give you an idea on how packages work, the article package has the ability to create categories and articles so you can work from that package to create the auction script however if you done it this way obviously all references to "Article" or "Articles" would become "Listing" and "Listings" I dont want Vehicle or real estate sections for this plugin package they will be added later using [login to view URL] packages that already exist.
