387003 Need CL Program Created

I am looking for a simple programe that will allow me to do 1 of 2 things... either load my pva's into the program and create hotmail accounts and post ads on craigslist. I need for it to pop up and allow me to type the captcha to continue the post. I need this to be tested and a working program. Must be completed with 1 week of job acceptance or a full refund will be provided.
