JSP GUI framework

The purpose of the framework is to visualize networks (Display network layout). The final goal of the framework is to visualize network mapping. A network can be a simple LAN that has 15 workstations and couple of switches? or it can be an enterprise network (i.e. ISP) that has hundreds or even thousands of routers, switches, ATM devices, and many workstations. Thus, the framework should be scalable. ? The output of the system is a pure HTML code that can be created on the fly by using the DWR framework and JavaScript. Please read attached description.
