WordPress User Registration Form - Gravity Forms

I'm looking for an experienced coder to modify the Gravity Forms User Registration form. Firstly, please see the attached files for a visual representation of the desired functionality. It is not required to use the design pictured in the attached file – The project can be completed in the way the freelancer feels is most effective. I need to have the same functionality of the search form "Getting Started", [login to view URL] uses on [login to view URL], integrated with Gravityforms WordPress plugin. Main tasks: 1. Integrate CSS or jQuery (preferably jQuery) image hover effect and replace images with radio buttons. Radio buttons can easily be hidden by adding .hideradio input[type="radio"] { display:none; } to the stylesheet. Gravity Forms even allows to insert an image next to a radio button (which is hidden). The image should be selectable, i.e. change color or opacity when chosen. Please see the attached file for further details. 2. Add Jquery Validation to specific fields (e.g. check if a user name is available). Again, please see the attached file for further details. An example can be found at [login to view URL] Gravity Forms provides the ablility to create multi step forms and we'd like to change the layout of the first step, seperating it from the following. The first step should function as an eye-catching banner, inviding the user to continue and run the form. You'll find some more details in the attached file. Gravity+Forms+[login to view URL] shows the current form I have created. Gravity+Forms+[login to view URL] gives an overview of the desired funtionality. Note: As I am not familiar with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, Flash or HTML programming, a documentation is needed. Anyone who has already done something like this (and can show evidence) would be given a preferential consideration.
