Website changes in PHP

Hi, I have an existing website hosted on a temporary server. I have the following requirements: a) Convert a jpg file to php and upload it as the new homepage b) We have dummy text in upto 5 pages which needs to be replaced by actual text (text to be provided by me) c) Existing website has search functionality for faq. The new design should be integrated to the existing website. The new design has already been converted to php d) I have an existing blog template in wordpress. This need to be integrated to the site. e) We have a contact us page with the following fields- Name, email and message. We need to code this so that the user can send a message and the message is send to a specified email address with an option to change the email address f) Upto 3 very minor changes Please note that we should maintain the existing code of the website which is optimised for speedy loading and has google analytics embedded in it. I would looking for very proficient and highliy skilled freelancers only. I also have further work with another website which is on a much larger scale and any freelancer who satisfactorily completes this project will be considered for the much larger project.
