Software Licensing Script

I need a script that can perform the following actions: A) Accept input from a program and store input/variables in a mysql database in a users record B) Query a mysql database hosted on [login to view URL] for username/password/active/useraccount level/and additional fields as I choose (2 seperate tables are used with userid as the associated key between the two tables). This input is generated by the program on the persons computer C) Based on the logic results of this query, a JScript interfaces with a program that exists on a person's computer (I have specific code/commands that must be sent) this must be performed via JScript All code must be documented so I can change as required. I own full rights to script. I use Neobook as my software. The documentation that the script on my server must use to interface with NeoBook is included. Will pay full payment once project is complete and working.
