236227 Sales CRM / Implementation

Need to find someone to help me find (or build) a good Sales CRM for our business. We have looked at using Sugar CRM, but I know there are others out there. I'm looking for the specific functionality of being able to automatically post leads into it via an API, and have it automatically distribute them to our sales reps. Once they are distributed, I want the ability for our sales reps to send out emails, docs, and track the status on the leads/sales etc. Would like features of being able to email multiple leads/opportunities in the sales rep account. and of course would need to see reporting on the management side to see the progress/performance of an individual rep. Look forward to working with someone for a long time. Need to get up basic implementation for now and grow it over the long term.
