PHP Custom CMS + User System

I require a fairly simple CMS to be created for me. I have already designed the database structure for the CMS. I have also built the entire HTML admin skin which will form the CMS. I require someone to create the following as part of the project: - Users login including MySQL tables and management through admin interface - must support multiple user levels - Website management area - This is a simple area where you are integrating the already built admin skin into the already created MySQL tables. - There are approximately 10 tables in integrate to. All are fairly simple and just require to be linked to relevant form fields including a WYSIWYG text areas. - AJAX file uploads must also be created. The admin area must also be built using object oriented programming. Anyone who does not have experience with this please do not bother bidding. The admin area must be free from mysql injection or any other security threats. I am looking to find someone to work with long term. This is the first part of the project. I expect there to be atleast 10 more modules similar to this. Please also post MYADMIN within your bid comment so I know you have read the brief correctly.
