Fashion Site Design and Coding inc. Backend

We are looking for a designer / coder to create a design and backend for a fashion shop. The design can be centered around any shopping cart software you feel apropriate but it needs to have special front and backend features. In the front end it needs the possibility for new "sellers" to register and they then need a backend where they can upload their designs, set prices (item price, shipping etc), as well as item sizes. Create a description and so on. The seller also will need to create a new "label" under which he is selling. The label should then automatically be included to the other labels on the homepage (after a seller's first item is accepted). We also need an option to choose featured sellers individually *without paying* as well as an option for a seller to pay for becomin a featured seller. Featured sellers items should be somehow highlighted and shown first in the different categoires. Featured sellers labels should also somehow be highlighted on the front page, maybe via a banner? We are not entirely sure on the method and would like to see different options. These uploaded items then need to get into an admission queue. From our backened we need to be able to accept or deny them as well as give a reason for denail that is then shown to the seller. We also need to be able to set individual comissions for each seller. The money is to go to our account and not the seller, the seller needs an option to request payouts. You will also need to design a logo, details like brand name will be disclosed to the successfull applicant. The entire process from start to end of the project is to go as following. We will choose a designer/coder and you then will submit to us an image of how the homepage and some under pages as well as the front and backend will look when you code it. We reserve the right to deny ideas and tell you to redo them if they do not fit our ideas. We will ofcourse, tell you the reasons why something does not fit. We are aware that a project like this is very time consuming but it has to be finished by mid October. Please only make an offer if you have experience in the regard of online shop creation and if your english *or alternatively German* is immaculate. We will not accept a developer with bad english and / or no experience. You also need to have at least some SEO experience as we expect the shop to be fully SEO optimized.
