Help Design My Website

I am an insurance agent and I have a website geared toward contractors insurance. My brother helped me design with Dream Weaver but he is not very artistic so I need someone to take over and finish the site making it look professional. I was considering a flash webpage intro but it is not necessary. For design and content I will send you competitors websites for ideas and I will provide some specifics I would also like you to install code and keywords in the website so it appears in free google search engine results. Once it is completed I would like to have the oppotunity to make changes so if you could send over the file in dreamweaver for my brother that would be great ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
