Fine Tune and Migrate from one Word press theme to another with enhancements

We currently have a wordpress site on bretheon template of Wordpress. We would like to migrate the site to KLEO template of Wordpress with additional RTmedia Pro plugin. (These will be additionally purchased) The objective is to setup a fully functional User community with neat clean community theme as being put up on Kleo website. The functionality for the community site shall be as per attached scope. You may refer to the test environment on [login to view URL] Most of the specified work in the Wordpress for bretheon theme can be seen here but we need the community section to be better looking hence have to take this to kleo theme. The current setup require configuration and setup of 30-35 free Wordpress plugins and making them fully operational before hand over as per site requirements. The project will require Admin trainings and detailed depicted usage manuals for our team to effectively use the CMS, Add delete pages and content, Manage the user community and additional plugin/addon functionality. There are three parts to successful project delivery: 1. Site migration from current Bretheon Template to Kleo Template on our server. This may also involve some minor design alterations as may be required. 2. User community setup (Dedicated social network) using advanced and paid plugin to give a facebook/ linkedin like feel and feature functionality. Some work on this is done using buddypress in the current bretheon template but the same is required in Kleo based template to give a proper community feel and functioning. 3. Plugins for advanced functionality like Security features in community, backup systems, client support and ticketing system, notice board, knowledge base etc.
