This site is not a commercial site but a client intranet. We need an easy language translation structure so that we can enter text into a DB and its translations since we will be having the text in English, Spanish and French. We are a TRANSPORT COMPANY. [login to view URL] landing page based on [login to view URL] but simpler structure. We attach a picture with the basic changes that I did to the landing page. The 5 photo blocks include title, picture and 5-6 lines of text. Where on the 5 photo blocks it is written “TROUVEZ VOTRE CENTRE MBE” take that block out. No need for link, just the information block. Main picture on the page will be static. No need that when you place the cursor on the 3 tabs on the photo a message or photo appears. We just place those tabs as information data. This page will have the 4 main tabs above connecting to links. From this page client enters user/password and goes to point 2 of this e-mail. No need to have registration or change client data. We will create client records, users and password on the Administrative interface. The data that we will need to register on the Admin interface is the normal client usual. [login to view URL] logs in and goes to SHIPMENTS MANAGEMENT PAGE (attached). Page is based on [login to view URL] [login to view URL] client clicks on GO TO ADD EXPEDITIONS, he is redirected to a page where he enters: Data of the place for the package PICKUP, Data of the place of DELIVERY of the package, Details of the package being sent, a final screen to send to us the details, save it for later or save it as a template (for usual shippings). Attached each separate detail square plus a sample of how it all looks. By mistake there is a square with number 5. Where the square should be 4. Box 4 should not have the SEND A MOBILE SHIPPING LABEL message but should allow for 3 lines of comments or observations. Also, the boxes expand and compress (hide). This feature is nice. [login to view URL] see how the other options feel, you may go to ([login to view URL]) and log in with TEST02 and 12345 but: [login to view URL] destinations lets you retrieve PICKUP and DESTINATIONS usually used so that they don’t have to be filled-in for each transport. [login to view URL] Tracking will show a list of ALL expeditions selected on the filter page ([login to view URL]). We should only add a filter item next to the dates that lets us choose from All expeditions, closed expeditions (expeditions sent and received so not active), en route expeditions (expeditions that are still active), list will show all expeditions indicating its status (Request received, Canceled, Pick-up requested, merchandise picked up, merchandise in transport, being delivered, delivered and exception). Merchandise delivered are closed expeditions. Exceptions means that the authorities (customs, police…) have retained the merchandise or that there is a transportation problem with it. -We will manually change the status from the admin panel so client will only see a letter and a colour to understand for each line its situation. -From the moment when the client CONFIRMS (box 4) the pickup request and before we on the admin panel set the status to PICKUP REQUESTED the client can cancel the pickup. After we change the status from RECEIVED (means that the client confirmed the shipment on box 4 but we have not yet called the transporter to pick it up) to PICK-UP REQUESTED the client can still cancel the pickup (you change the status to CANCELLED) after that, client cannot change anything. [login to view URL] client fills up a request and clicks on SEND (point 4.) the system will send an e-mail to our logistics team (). [login to view URL] will show all client invoices ([login to view URL] ). We will fill this data on the ADMIN panel for when we issue invoices. The info will be Invoice date, Invoice number,Date due., Payment situation (UNPAID or PAID), A link on where the client can retrieve a PDF file with the invoice that we will have uploaded on the Admin panel.
