Moodle 2.5.1+ and Google Apps Integration

I have a Moodle 2.5.1+ (Build: 20130712) installation and a Google Apps for Education. I tried the integration myself but users do not get synced between the two systems. I have installed auth/gsaml, blocks/gmail, blocks/gdata, blocks/gaccess, lib/zend. I also have generated Private Key and SSL signed Certificate. Status on sync block turned green, I added users to sync, added an event handler to create user in google apps when there isn't one with that username, even tried the cron, but nothing worked. Users still didn't get created in google. Also the gmail block brings the emails of one administrator account but all other accounts that already exist in both google and moodle only see a message saying could not retrieve emails. I want someone to check the configuration and if it is not a configuration problem then check the code to correct the problem. I only want bids from people who have experience doing this specific integration for moodle 2.5.1+, not just moodle users. Thanks!
