Website Development + Webmaster Job

BUDGET: $1000 we can negotiate.

$500 a month if you are suitable for a webmaster position in my company after this project is complete. (This is a MUST. I tried to run a website in the past without a webmaster and things went down hill)

Immediate Start (After Discussion)

MSN Required

Discussion over phone would be nice, not a must but would make things easier.

$250 Deposit after design completion. (I dont gamble, you have to prove your good for this project)

Work transferred to my server for programming to begin.

$375 half way through programming

$375 after completion and testing is done & search engine optimization

Bonus will be paid if you can provide all legal documentation for the website ready for filing.

Bonus will also be paid for extra features I may have not mentioned that would be a benefit to my site.

Necessary agreements will need to be taken out before work is started because Im sick of programmers not sticking to the decisions we made before the projects began and wasting my time with false promises. Also sick of programmers/designers going against their word, putting me more behind schedule.

DESCRIPTION

I want an online service that allows members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Members will be able to view each others' profiles, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the service, share photos, post journals and comments, and describe their interests. To enrich members' experience, we want to request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them.

I also want an auction where users can buy and sell at fixed prices or put their work up in auctions. Please not this isnt a regular auction where users can sell anything. I will explain more in PMB

-Free Account with limits & Special account with no limits and lots of features.

-Also want an online auction where members can build personal "own work" profiles and post specific information on these profiles and upload their "own work" they wish to put up for sell/auction.

-Personal Profile Account: You can either have a Free Personal Profile account which has a lot of limitations or a special (paid for) version which comes with special features and all limitations removed.

I have my own merchant account and gateway, so this will need to be integrated into the site. Aswell as my AVS system etc.

I wish to keep my existing 23'000+ users and add them to the new site.

I want to be able to communicate with you WHILST your working just incase you or I have any questions to ask.

I will provide you with MORE info when ive chosen you. The info Ive given you now is enough to give you an idea of what I want.

I will provide you with a PDF you can grab more ideas of what I want from. We will concentrate on design 1st.
