Legal Services + Document Prerparation

I have a website which is currently being rebuilt and will be up in ma sometime and because the business is growing I want to do things properly. Im in need of affordable quality legal support services. I need a company who offer Legal Solutions full service paralegal, document preparation, and attorney litigation support. Users will be selling some of their own work through my site and I want the buyers of this work to be protected once they have bought the work. I would like them to be new owner of the work and have legal copyrights and the seller should no longer have any rights to the work. Im thinking before seller sends work to buyer he/she would download and print the form from my site, sign and send with work to the buyer. The buyer would then sign it and take necessary steps to do the filing etc or maybe a mutal agreement could be made via the website meaning the seller would loose all rights to the work meaning the buyer could go ahead and copyright the work and be protected. Apart from this I need other sorts of things on my site like Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, I will need the site copyritten once again. All this should be done LEGALLY. I need these things done plus more... I will obviously be going for people who seem suitable for this project. Check doc for important details. Thanks
