Website Design

I had assigned this project to a designer from here. But he doesn't reply me back to finish the project. The project was doin flash header like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for my client website http://www.valquest.com. He did part of the project but the flash file is protected so you have to create a new flash header + template design for all website (1 or 2 page only) also. Preview of flash header can be found at [login to view URL] Things you have to do (LOOK at the flash header link something like this [login to view URL] FOR ONLY frontpage header of the website ) again if you can be more creative and you can follow different concept but all the info like logo navigation link data etc can be found on above link >Flash Navigation >Movie (Play intro) >Logo (same as flash header on our website) >Template Design only (i would do all the data input) ONLY THE HEADER SHOULD BE FLASH. Also couple of item in movie needs to be change in short you should be avaliable to do whatever my clients needs in flash header and template. The template needs to crisp professional and clean. I would do all the data input so you just have to provide me design and all the original artwork file (psd png) etc. I would own all the copyright etc. The Budget for all this is now $90.00 + good review. You need to deliver the project by deadline no delays or excuses. Also you should be avaliable via msn, aol etc. NO EXCUSE HAVE TO DELIVER PROJECT BY DEADLINE. Also if I am happy with your work i would provide you more projects from my other client. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
