Hi, We need one good person (ideally) to babysit/manage tasks/projects related to our site. We need a old fashioned professional/small team who understands our needs, despite our seeming inarticulate requests and renders appropriate answers. Some of these needs include a) Optimum Server Peformance - - Illustrative example - ensuring that visitors on the site always receive the correct response time in a variety of ways (downloads/https, http etc) - this task would perhaps involve testing current response times under a variety of conditions. monitering them over time and appropriate answers for situations that evolve. This seeming trivial task could be resolved in a variety of ways b) Install appropriate scripts/apps for a variety of tasks - backing up/restore to/from remote server(s), correctly configuring apps (from spamassasin to a user custom user management module) c) Suggest and implement appropriate tools for managing the site content (a dynamic site based on the existing template perhaps????) There are others. We are really looking for some one who can in the initial phases, set up the correct systems and thereafter, help manage/improve them on a on-going basis.
