Silverstripe Website Project

I have a psd file? of the design - the backend of the SilverStripe has already been set up. This includes: ? -setting up the SilverStripe eCommerce module to show? 8 products per page, 2 columns and pagination at the bottom -creating? a rotating homepage photo w/caption and link for more info (jquery?) -creating? 2-3 page templates and? customized style sheet I have an EXTREMELY short timeframe for this and therefore will pay a premium to get it done.
