revise applescript for OS X 10.4

Need someone to update/remake an AppleScript droplet. It's for use in a design environment. Graphics artwork is saved as a PDF, then checked for name compliance and sent via FTP using this droplet. You drop a PDF file on it, it checks the filename (including checksumming the barcode number in the filename) and then sends the file to a fixed address via FTP. It writes an entry to a log. I have a version written for OS X 10.3. I need someone to update the current version for 10.4, and to take over any future development. I will supply all the current development files. I'm doing this because my partner - who wrote the thing - just died, dammit. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
