I have paid 2 people to do this project. Neither coder has delivered what I wanted. Do not bid unless you are clear about what I want. Unless EVERYTHING is done correctly and to specification nothing will be accepted. If you fail the deadline you get nothing. The requirements are as follow: Part 1: The ability to setup property types (eg home, land, commercial). Each property type will have unique. Each property type will have different attributes that can be searched on. Preferrably each attribute (I say attribute because I am an OO programmer and I can think of no other way to describe it) can have a specific type for display (list, number, text). If number a min and max and increment would be nice. This will make searching much nicer. Part 2: Add property. Should be an easy setup. Add images. Insert attributes. Part 3: Manage properties: Edit a property Delete a property Set a property as inactive (can not be searched) Set a property as sold (place sold over the primary image) Part 4: Search properties: Return a list of matching properties Part 5: Display properties Here is the part people are having trouble with. This is not a difficult project. It will be included in a much larger project. You do not have to worry about data output except the request data. Preferrably you will provide a file that links to the functionality of search and display. The problem occurs with how they handle the search results. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
