Business Report Website

Your job will be to create a website and database that gathers all the inputs necessary to generate a report for businesses. In addition, the website will be responsible for credit card processing, account maintenance, and back-end maintenance. The site is business demographics website that caters to 4 types of people: 1. People that wish to invest in a small company 2. People that wish to sell to a small company 3. A small company owner that wishes to improve their business 4. A person that wishes to start a new company This website will allow users to create a special PDF report about a particular business. This report will be created with software that I wrote ??" you will not be responsible for building the PDF. I will periodically poll the database to see if a report needs to be run. See attached zips file that contains detailed specs and a sample PDF file that my program builds: ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on linux or windows.
