Fix problems with Movable Type website

I have a website built in Movable Type cms. There are a couple of issues I need fixing: 1. When I post an entry using any date after June the article shows but when you click on the title you get a 301 error. 2. Adjust the Latest News feed on the sidebar so only excerpts of the articles show, not the whole articles. 3. Create an area on the sidebar that feeds in the testimonials 3. Move some other items around on the site. I estimate about 5-10 hours work for someone that has experience with Movable Type.
