391117 Convert X-Cart 4.1.11 to CSS

Hi, We have an X-cart store that needs to have the main layout converted to CSS (about 90%) this is to place content before category menus and header, must be totaly compliant with modern browsers. The version you will be working on is standard layout 4.1.11 BUT highly customised, you will not be expected to do the design, just convert. All css must be documented with css file. A knowledge of X-Cart is essential. Your bid will be considered an estimate. Thanks
