Modify my Browser Application, give emulators netplay suport

I've got an application that I paid someone to develop and since he doesn't want to work on it anymore, I'm looking to hire someone to make a few more updates to it. I WILL require you to print out, sign and scan a legal paper saying that you will not use the source I give you for anything other than developing on it and will not distribute it in any way, please say that you agree to signing the legal document. Here's the details of the application: It basically makes it so that game emulators can be played on a web browser like Firefox and Internet explorer. And it also automatically loads the roms into the emulators from the PHP files. The application is called 'Vizzed RGR Plugin' and supports the following emulators: VisualBoyAdvance (Gba), FCEUX (nes), Gens (genesis), 1964 (n64) and ZSNES (snes). Here's what you'll be doing: You'll be adding Netplay support to the Plugin. As far as I know, all the emulators that are played using the Vizzed RGR Plugin have netplay support, you'd basically be enabling the functionality and automating the process to make it as simple as possible for users to play online together with other users on my site. Most of these emulators work like this: If someone wants to play a game with someone, they choose themself as host and if someone wants to play with them, they must search for a host by typing in the hosts IP address and upon success, they become connected. What I was thinking is that if someone goes to host a game, using a PHP script, it would send information to the database basically saying the user is waiting for someone to play a game with them and I'd have a page which displays all the users who are currently waiting to host a game. The information it would send would probably be user's id, user's ip, date user started waiting and the id of the game the user is wanting to play. When a user quits waiting for someone to join, it would send information to the same field in the database which would basically add a date the user quit waiting. I'm open to any possible ways of going about this but this idea just seemed most logical to me and I want to make this as simple as possible for the users of my site. I do know PHP so I can assist in any way possible and I can design the MySQL table which will be required for this. The winner of this project will be given the source to the Plugin, source to all the emulators, and FTP access to the site.
