Simple Custom Control MouseOver

This is a very simple Custom Control that should be developed using Visual Studio .Net, ASP.Net, & VB.Net, this should NOT be USER Control. The objective is to demonstrate how to implement Client Events from inside the CC to hide the code. The coder should explain step-by-step on how to do this, in other words complete the following steps: Step 1, Start [login to view URL] Step 2, Select File->New Project Step 3, Select Visual Basic Projects Step 4, Select Web Control Library Tempate Step 5, Name it Salam, click OK Step 6, Select File->New Project Step 7, Select Asp.Net Web Application Step 8, Check Add to solution, click OK etc... The CC has to: RENDER a "DIV" only Respond to OnMouseOver Event in Client and show a message Alert("hi world"); the message can be implement from code behinde and from script file the way i like. it should not POSTBACK to the server, this should be in client, view source on explorer should not reveal any client code.
