Screen Scrape 2 car sites

Create a screen scrapping desktop program that searches specified sites looking for new listings for specified vehicles. Upon finding new listings, the program would check that listings vin# on [login to view URL] and if it passes, that vehicle is added to be exported with other new listings into a csv file and trigger another program to begin working. Easy to use desktop, Windows based program that will screen scrape the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The program will accept inputs of vehicles based on make, model and a year span (1995-2002 for example). I need to be able to put in as many vehicles as I need to although I will be starting out with three. The program will allow me to enter a username and password for both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and change them on occasion as both site require accounts to be used. The program will be able to be scheduled to run at a specific time each day to look for specified cars not already in it's database (new listings). New listings from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] will be checked based on their vin# on carfax.com. If [login to view URL] flags certain problems with a specific vehicle, the program will rate that listing accordingly such as A for clean or B for problems or C for major problems being listed. The program will then export all information on the new listings into a csv file, then automatically run an outside program that will handle the csv file from there. Program should be written with the idea that I plan to add addition car sites in the future which would need to be coded into the program at that time. More details can be given upon request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .Net
