PORTAL WITH GOOD DESIGN

im looking for a good design ready made portal in low cost. im sure many people here have some pre made and selling it for low prices. i dont want something special so much but something advanced....i already checked few portals systems like phpnuke and i didnt liked them!!!!!! plez send me a sample site and then we can close the deal.....dont send me message with some other site you built ot other info. im looking for PORTAL ! as low has you can then u most probably get the project! thanx for looking and bidding! wish all luck
