The program will work either in trainning mode or testing mode. If chossing in training mode the answer is presented imediately after the answer and some comments are to be presented. the administrator will set up time for answering questions and if user select he can he how much time he has available by pressing a button. The user will be allowed to move to first, previous, next and last question using buttons and make corrections as long as he is in the time limit. the user will be allowed to finish the test even before the time limit. The administrator of a MARTEST program can set up any combination of tests drawing questions from one or several subjects and from any of the three competence levels. When a test is given, the questions from each included subject are automatically and randomly selected. MARTEST will be equipped with a Question designer that makes it possible for the administrator to design his own questions; he can also add pictures, animations and sound to a question. The question designer allows the design of "multiple choice questions", "fill in missing word" questions and "essay type questions". The program automatically corrects the first two types whereas a Trainer manually scores the latter. The administrator will select how many multiple choice questions, fill in missing word and essay type questions are selected for each test. for the multiple choice questions one question can have more than 4 options and more than 1 correct answer but when the test is give the computer to select randomly only 4 answers and the administrator should be able to set the program to permit only 1 correct answer or more correct answers. The program should include result reports and a summary report, presenting multiple number of test results in one datasheet. All reports in MARTEST can be directly converted to RTF files and transferred as e-mail attachments via the Internet. Test results can be exported in-groups and imported in SETS programs installed at other sites. This makes it possible for "main offices" to compare MARTEST test results from different recruitment offices or training facilities. The program can be used either as a single user program, or be set up in a network as a client-server application. The main database will be resident in a file server and the program interface can run from several workstations used simultaneously. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
