175131 Modding Arcade Website

I look for an expert programmer to modify and improve my Arcade Website. It's running a very good cms custom php script + mysql db. Original Programmer is too busy with several projects so i look for more coders to help me improving already existing installations. I would like to add to it some social features, a chat and so on... experience in arcade script or video script get preferences. Show some examples. Also improving user profile to help the social zone. I would like people to upload more picture of them, settign one like preferred. Ability to rate them. Create friends list, like social sites. Ability to add comments to pictures. Preferred games, last comments, best results on highscores games. Highscores mod to create top players list A chat below games, to let people chat.
