Ok..... we need a loan savings calculator done up in PHP. There is an example report done up in Excel with all the formulas it used to get the numbers.
You MUST be good with Excel & understand it very well so you have no problems writing the calculator up in PHP.
The user inputs three fields: Loan amount, interest rate & loan period & the calculator generates several fields such as monthly payment, first full debit date, debit amount & also has a "half-pay" output too with fields such as interest rate, loan period, payment, Equity Acceleration, Interest Savings & a couple others.
It will also output one of 8 "pie images" depending on their savings.. so like, if savings is = $1 through $2000, show pie 1, if savings is = $2001 - $5000, show pie 2, etc
It also shows a "Benefits Summary (Monthly vs. Bi-Weekly)" table with data for the length of their loan period.
You will be supplied with all the data & instructions if you are accepted.
This project is VERY urgent so only bid if you are confident you can do it..... would also be great if you had a IM client to talk on to speed things up.
