I need a banner designed for my portal [login to view URL], a sketch is attached, but here is a description anyway:
1. The banner will be done in flash5 to match [login to view URL]
2. The banner will have 6 pictures, logo, cardiogram and background
3. The banner will have soft dynamic effect in the background
4. I need both .swf and .fla files
