please have a look at the building example. Basically you need to grab one of the 3d building models supplied and clean up mesh for unreal engine 4 use and then apply textures that you capture through google images / google maps onto the 3d model. This is a test to see if you can do this work. If so we got more buildings we need done. maybe requires a little photoshop work for areas that you cannot capture via photos
