Photographers/ Videographers We at SCC Creative Company/ Studio need excellent Photographers & Videographers to hit the ground running on an on-call basis (as independent contractor) with flexible hours, with opportunities to gain regular casual position. We are a fast-paced, “out of the box” thinking and exciting creative company that specializes in creating photo and video content. We will deliver creative mood boards for the assignments that our applicants will follow and execute. You must be punctual, well-presented, enthusiastic, and approachable, love creating photography or videography or both, talking to people and exceeding under adversity – YOU MUST NOT get flustered or defeated easily. The ideal candidate will be driven, patient, sociable, persistent, engaging with subject, and adapt to different personalities and varying expectations. The successful applicant must: - Be experienced in photographing or video-graphing all styles, including lifestyle, photojournalism, fashion, beauty, conceptual and portrait. - Be able to understand and follow our creative mood boards - Be able to deliver high-standard photography/videography consistently. - Be able to shoot large groups of people - Be comfortable working independently and act, think and respond quickly on the spot. Self manageable. - Meet targets and goals. Read and understand our creative mood boards and deliver off of them. - Be computer literate. Have expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Bridge or/ and Capture One, Lightroom and uploading files. Be organized. - Speak fluent English. - Be willing to work flexible hours - Applicants traveling and shooting are our preferred choice but not necessary. The applicant will benefit from: - Experience in high paced Photography/Videography studio environment - Work with world class creative and art directors - Experience working with a variety of people and in different locations using creative skills. Suitable candidates will be called for a interview and test shoot. The assignment rates will be discussed following one initial test shoot off of our creative mood board and will depend on level of expertise & experience.
