I need a device, which should be able to 1. record sound in good quality 2. 2 recording modes: continuously / when sound is detected 3. possibility to set up sensitivity of sound activated recording 4. upload recorded data on ftp server 5. possibility to set interval, of uploading (for example once per hour upload all data to server, and then delete them from its memory) 6. low power consumption
