mutli stores seperate prices per product

I need a modification for the module Multi-Stores multiple shop system. Products must have separate prices per store. When creating a product I need for every store the possibility to have a separate price for that product. The product has a standard price and there must be a possibility to fill in a different price per store. See file for more details.
