DNN 04.04.01 site. Dynamic Forms module 02.30.40 from Datasprings. I would like to have someone program the following functionality ------------------------------------------------------ Simple Dynamic form - 1 field - Enter your Zip Code. Look up zip code in Zip Code Table - find corresponding dealer. Redirect to specified URL - within website for that specific dealer - Dealer sales type information on that URL. We must remember dealer selected! If zip code not found, redirect to another page - "Sorry no dealer in your area." ------------------------------------------------------ Second simple Dynamic form - Enter your information - 10 text boxes, 2 radio button selections, 1 dropdown button selection, 1 comments box. Upon form completion event, email to specific list of email recipients with form information. The specific list of email recipients is based upon Dealer selected in form 1.

Dear Sir, The program functions with the following personality ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Form Type: ASP.Net with VB - Front End MS-Access - Back End (May use Oracle 8i) ------------------------------------------------- Description Demo : Form 1 Zip code type - Text box (or) Combo box Text box have problem with the unknown users like providing special characters repeat them errors so we move for combo box. (eg. 620002) (eg. Indiana) After selection it redirects to the specified dealer. Else returns a error message stating- "Sorry no dealer in your area." ------------------------------------------------- Description Demo:Form 2 User Information - 10 text boxes, 2 radio buttion selections, 1 drop down list, 1 comments box (field length eg. 100char) After completion the form provides successful completion message.
